i had been in an accident a year ago and now i freak out while driving! i cant stop thinking abt what had happened... i pray, sing, etc etc but at d end i go back to that incident again. how do i get out of this? now on d road, ive become like a threat to myself and others. dis is driving me nuts.. i cant quit driving altogether, please help me.
