smelling stuff not there?

Yesterday I couldnt stop smelling smoke that smelled like a cigrate or dusty, i broke down crying searching the house i even ran outside at 3 in the morning it was so bad! but no one else smelled it... i sometimes smell bad things or like food that isn't there.???????? help...?
