I've done my Online Course for my Drivers License. Now what?

I've just received my "Texas Adult Driver Education Certificate" in the mail after completing an online drivers training course. What i'm wondering is: Do i take this to the Texas DPS and get a Drivers Permit? Or do they give me something else? I doubt they will straight up give me a license because i havent taken any driving courses behind the wheel.
