why does the Engine rpm increase when one cylinder is not functioning? Posted: 04 Sep 2013 06:03 AM PDT I have a four cylinder engine . When I removed the ignition coil from one cylinder, it started vibrating . That is due to the imbalance . I also noticed that , engine rpm increased . I want to understand how that happened. |
