What am I sick with? Stomach aches?

I was fine yesterday and then randomly just woke up in the middle of the night feeling slightly nauseous. I went to the bathroom and went to the bathroom a little but still felt bad and thought I felt a bit of a fever but couldn't remember where a thermometer is/not digging through stuff to find it right now. After drinking some warm water that seemed to calm my stomach a little, but then every once in awhile I'd have to burp and a bad aftertaste would linger in my mouth. Now as I type this I feel really sleepy, but everytime I try to go to sleep my stomach nags me again. What could it be and what should I do?
