Weird period doesn't feel right?

I started my period 4 days ago and I had a weird feeling I may be pregnant but the day I started my period it was around midnight and I had a super sharp pain and almost started throwing up an then I started spotting. I have never had anything like this before and this whole period I have felt off and my boobs have hurt more than usual. I have no idea if I could be pregnant or what but this doesn't feel right. Any suggestions what might be up
