I'm a 19 year old female, type one diabetic. So today I've been having stomach pains, and haven't had an appetite, and slightly nauseated. I've had 2 healthy poops, except when I wipe, there's blood. I get stomach pains before and chills after. I plan on going to the doctor, I just want some opinions. I can't sleep because I have this weird feeling in my stomach, like unpleasant butterflies. Kind of like gas but I'm not gassy. Please help? :(
