What is Vemma? Whats the goal?

I know a bunch of people doing this Vemma thing. And im just too embarrassed to ask. I understand that it's an energy drink. But are people selling it? Just recruiting others? Recruiting them to do what exactly? I simply don't understand. Their website isn't much help either. Maybe I'm just too blonde, but can someone please explain to me what it's about?
