| Can Jiffy Lube rotate tires without permission first? Posted: 22 Jan 2013 05:17 AM PST My roommate went to a Jiffy Lube for a $15 oil change. When the worker was finished he said the total was $60.00 because he also rotated her tires. She paid and left. Can they really do that? |
