What do I do when I feel sick but my body temperature is normal?

What do I do when I feel sick but my body temperature is normal?

I've got colds and cough and if exposed to the air conditioner or an electric fan for a long amount of time, my body starts to feel hot but my hands and feet remain cold. My muscles feel weak and tired as well, the way it feels after you had just woken up from a restless sleep. I also excrete more urine than usual. I checked my body temperature and the outcome is normal but I feel cold and hot at the same time. I drink my medicine for colds and take in a tablet for vitamin C. What can I do to get better as soon as possible?
