It's all about my poo.?

A while ago, I pooped, and the color of my poo is black. I did a lot of research and they said that it's bleeding inside your stomach. (I'm a hypochodriac...whenever something happens to me I search about it) But I remember that the things I ate/drank these past few days two cups of chocolate ice cream [yesterday], and coffee [the day before yesterday and yesterday]. I'm worried a lot.
