Thick, poop like discharge instead of period, extremely worried.?

So last night after I used the toilet I found this thick, brown poop like discharge on the paper, today the discharge seemed a lighter brown and was slightly mixed with blood, tonight it s thick and brown again. I am 22, and have always had irregular periods, and am currently expecting mine. I am so terrified :( has any one else had this before?
