My ribs and lower back is in pain!?

Today, I'm experiencing a pain at my both ribs and also at the lower back of my body, And my body feel so cold even its too hot temperature (my brother says) I'm from Philippines, its a tropical country! But I feel so cold. I start experiencing this ache, today when I woke up! And you know when you wake up you do streching, then after I strench my body, the pain start! I'm sorry for my bad english! What should I gonna do? I can't come to the doctor, cause I'm afraid for the result, do you think its a serious pain? Anyone can help me? And my eyes also feel little bit hot like a fever?
