Clindamycin and Back Pain?

Hi. I was prescribed Clindamycin for 7 days, twice a day for BV. On my 3rd day I started getting extreme upper back pain and fatigue. Has anyone ever experienced this? I am on day 5 and only have 2 more days to go on this antibiotic. Should I stop? Is this a normal side effect?
