I ordered a bumper from a company for my car which they say moulds and paints them to order. I paid and got the parts, I had ordered a bonnet too which fitted but the front bumper is 1 inch out either side. Am I entitled to get a refund or a exchange? or does that not apply if it was "made to order" The guy isn't open till monday but im kinda worried he might turn round and say I gave him the wrong model etc. and the only paperwork ive got is the credit card statement because it was discussed all over the telephone. Thanks folks I look forward to hearing some answers
