Which is better to own- AUDI A6 or BMW 435i?

I have AUDI A6 Bi Turbo 3.0TDI which I just bought six months ago. I recently checked the new BMW 435i and now thinking I should change to 435i. I am not sure if it is worth the change. Love to hear people though which one to choose from.
