Really bad periods!!?

I have extremely bad periods, they last long and are very heavy, I usually can't go to school for a whole week cuz it's so bad, I can't never stand, eat, and I throw up ever 20 mins. I'm homeschooled this year cuz they have been very bad, I want to go to school next year but I don't know how. Any suggestions?
