About something choking or strangling me. It's been last 2 days in row here's the nightmare it's pretty simple. I'm laying on my back and a invisible arm wraps around my neck and pulls tight almost like when a UFC fighter takes his opponents back and chokes him. Whatever it is chokes me with its invisible arm. It's so strong all I can do is panic. In one case the thing put all it's weight on me to suffocate me before I woke up. I feel kinda like the thing choking me could be a demon but I never see it
