Effective Weight lose tips? |
Posted: 04 Jul 2013 01:03 AM PDT I'm trying to prepare for something but I need to lose i'd say.. 100-150 pounds. Sadly I can't really afford a complete health freak diet (As its a lot more expensive.. Though would be nice if I could) aswell as being very overweight, making physical activity difficult. What are some things I can do to help lose weight? Activities that aren't to difficult in my condition, anything I can use that would preferably be free. |
