best bike below 60,000 ?

i need a bike around 60,000 for me and my father both. i have chosen discover 125st and hero ignitor . please tell me which is best bike in terms of maintenance and running cost. first i have chosen discover 125st but some people say that it's body is not so good as that of ignitor and will start vibrating after some time is it so ??
