What can heal to my little pimples in my face?

The whole story, a year ago there's one time i used bleaching soap in my lower lip, forehead, and a little at the sides of the nose (a liitle portion of cheek.) And after a second it just suddenly swells and i wash it with water immediately but its too late cause the harsh won't disappear. The day after i noticed that it started to have small pimples not too big. And its color red. I ignore it then. But now i notice that it looks nasty and i want to heal it. Theres no derma near in our place. Is there any brand not soap again! That can heal this blackheads big pores? Cause i think after that swelling the pores in my face begun to open and thats why its having pimples. Celeteque and clean and clear are on my wish list but i want to make sure that this won't affect more damage maube it wont suit my face. I want that no regular use needed
