Weight loss tips/advice? |
Posted: 13 Mar 2013 01:56 AM PDT I'm a 17 yr old guy, and I'm overweight. I've wanted to lose weight for a while now, but I don't know how I should do it. With everything that goes on in my life, I can't really do a lot of exercise, but I will be able to get about 30 minutes a day. I'm pretty unfit, so I won't really be able to do anything too intensive. It's mainly my diet I need help with. I have a large appetite, and I get hungry easily, so I need help to curb my appetite during the day, and so I'll eat less during meals. What sorts of things should I eat at lunch during school? I'm at a loss, so any useful advice will be appreciated. Thanks :) |
