Hi, I have a very hard time focusing, and it takes me hours to do things that take most people only half an hour. I cannot take medication or get tested for ADHD or anything because my parents disagree strongly with it, and at the time I am living with them. I have always had this problem, but it has gotten harder as I have progressed in school. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas as in what I can do, or get (I can drive, so I could get over the counter stuff??), or tips, or anything really. Thank you so much for your help!
