CHIP-TUNING OR REMAP? |
| Posted: 27 May 2012 06:03 AM PDT Hi guys, let me get straight to the point, I have a audi a3 1.8 t 150ps, and was keen on getting it remapped. Now should I go to a place such as REVO, Jabbersport, etc, or should i buy a chip off ebay such as this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-A3-A4-A6-1-8T-1-8-Turbo-20V-chip-Beetle-Bora-Golf-Passat-Octavia-Ibiza-Leon-/180892139893?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a1e030175#ht_976wt_1396. They claim to push 192bhp/302nm torque, for less then half the price. And what 0-60 time figures should I be seeing with the map or chip. Thanks. |
