Have I eaten too much? |
Posted: 17 May 2012 01:28 AM PDT Breakfast: Oatmeal (121 cal), a teaspoon of honey (23 cal) and a tsp of cinnamon (7 cal) Lunch: Grilled seaweed (15 cal), cereal bar (85 cal), slice of wholemeal bread (81.5 cal) and a tsp of jam (20 cal) Dinner: My mum forced me to eat a bowl (two cups) of this vegetable stew with no meat and contains eggs and parmesan. Is this over 1200 calories? I'm panicking. I feel so bad. How many calories do you think the stew was? And the weird thing is, I'M STILL HUNGRY. Has my stomach expanded that much? |
