Can someone give me a realistic workout plan? Posted: 01 May 2012 01:33 AM PDT I'm 6'0 and roughly 150 pounds. Im really trying to gain some mass and am looking for a realistic (I am an intermediate when it comes to lifting) workout plan to help me accomplish this. No specific needs, also if anyone can recommend any foods that I should really focus on I'd appreciate that as well. I try to drink milk and have done gomad in the past for brief periods. Thanks! |
