What transmissions will fit in a 2000 kia sephia?

Recently bought a 2000 kia sephia (not realizing the transmission was junk). Now the car NEEDS one (leaks, and won't go over 20mph). For some reason kia sephias are sorta rare around here and I can't find a parts car for it. What cars have transmissions that are compatible with a 2000 kia sephia

How can you tell if the brake disc needs replacing?

Is there a wear indicator or something? My car uses vented disc brakes and I can see enough material on the brake pads but recently after driving around for a mile or two i can hear a sort of scraping noise when I brake and it turns to a squeak often. Is this normal or should I get the brake pads changed?

Please someone tell me this is possible :(?

I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 at the age of 18 one year ago. I got on medication which made me gain weight.. I gained about 30 pounds I'm guessing cause I don't weigh myself. I should normally weigh 120 though. The medication made me gain weight cause it made me eat a lot at first but that side effect is over now. I think it messed with my metabolism and I was so depressed that I would never workout. Anyways what I want to know is if it's possible to lose 30 pounds while on lithium (for bipolar), wellbutrin (for depression), and minocycline (for acne)? I hate medication but I need these at this time in my life for right now. I plan on eating REALLY healthy. All organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and all I drink is water... No meat or dairy or any processed foods. And I plan on kickboxing and doing pilates every day. Could I lose 30 pounds from that? What else should I do? How long will it take me? Thank you :/

Cars rpms running high sounds like its baving a hard time shifting into gear. Car at first had a hard time going over 40 mph now it will barely accelerate at all. You have to pump the gas petal just to get it to go atleast 20 mph. Or to even move. Could it be transmission? Need a new one? Or just need fluid?

Cramps but no period - Cerazette?

I've been on Cerazette for about 4 months now, and my periods have been light but irregular, sometimes not happening at all. Just over a week ago, I missed a pill but obviously took it when I remembered the next day and used other protection. I last had a period about 4 weeks ago, so should be due one, and the past couple days I've had very strong cramps but not come on. I know there's always a small chance of pregnancy on the pill, but I highly doubt that as we're generally very safe. Just wondering if others had experienced this on Cerazette, and if there's any way to trigger this period and put my mind at rest!
