PROTEIN POWDER AND WEIGHT LIFTING Q'S (AS MANY ANSWERS AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? Posted: 21 Nov 2011 02:13 AM PST I bought some whey protein powder from walmart and i wana know do i drink it before of after workout or both, i also heard i should drink more before i sleep. I wana put it in whole milk but i dont wana get fat...i wana gain weight, build muscle and be ripped & cut. Another thing i would like to know, do i work my whole body out in one day, triceps shoulders biceps etc or do i just work out one part of muscle a day. How long do i work out, i'm usually tired after hittin the dumbell for 10 mins. Last question would be, should i go running or would that stop my weight gain. Like i said i wana gain weight and build muscle not get fat. Anyways dont just tell me it's up to me what i do, i wana know the best way to do it. |
