How to lose pelvic fat, thigh weight, and belly weight? Posted: 08 Nov 2011 01:27 AM PST Hello, I really want to lose weight in my belly, and especially my pelvis and thighs. I'm not big on working out, since I'm inconsistent, so first off, are there any foods I should stay away from or lean towards? I'll be willing to work out, but I don't have any exercise equipment. What exercises can I do that will give me the best results for these 3 areas? Thanks! -David |
