What are these bumps on my penis?

the reddish area is because I masturbated and i stripped some skin off from being too rough. I popped a medium raised bump on my pelvic area right next to the shaft of my penis. it is gone now the next morning but with all those fuckers. I'm freaking out! someone with a MD please help me I wanna save the embarrassment of going in to a doctor to get this checked in person.
