Veins in Penis?

Over this past few weeks, veins started to become obvious in my penis especially when I'm having an erection. The veins are literally covering almost my whole shaft already(I am not exaggerating). It doesn't hurt but just so disturbing to look at. Is this something serious? Should I be worried? Also, I'm only 16. Thanks
