Help me with my Back workout? |
Posted: 07 Jun 2015 12:56 AM PDT Can you guys help me or Fix my back Workout? So here s my Current back workout. Pull-ups,Bent over rows,Close grip lat Pulldown,Wide grip lat pulldown and Single arm lat pulldown. and that s it but i want to do some workout too like T-Bar rows and deadlift but i m afraid if i add them it will be considered as "Over training" can you guys fix my workout? or my workout for my back is fine? any help will be appreciated tia |
