Sleepless nights, what causes this?

these past 3 days I had a sleepless nights and i dont know what's causing it.. i asked someone about sleepless nights and she said if a person is experiencing that possibly someone might be thinking of u. Is there a truth behind of what she said? or there might be a problem in my body that nights?
