Hot flashes before period? |
| Posted: 30 Apr 2013 01:26 AM PDT I'm only 32, been off the pill since December, and am a bit at a loss when it comes to "real periods" (haven't had many natural periods since I had to take the pill for PCOS). Now the PCOS symptoms seem to have gone, and the periods seem to come regularly, but I get hot flashes one or two days before the actual period. Is this normal? |
