2006 Cobalt won't start help?

my friend has a 2006 cobalt ss not supercharged. he recently bought it at an auction and the car hasn't been able to start I checked it has spark in all cylinders and there is gas going to all of them to but car just won't start. I replaced crankshaft position sensor and still does the same thing can anyone guide me in the right direction my next guess would be the camshaft position sensor but I don't want to just keep guessing .. please someone give me an idea.
