I will be buying a new Kia Optima 2012 and i was wondering if there were any shops near Painesville OH that had good deals and could tint my windows to 40%? I know the law only allows 50% tint on cars in Ohio. Also I would like to know if any 17" rim will go on the car or if i have ot get a specific depth? How much should it cost to get the rims put on my car?
