Tell me guys, how am I doing? |
Posted: 07 Jun 2012 01:30 AM PDT I weigh 230 pounds, I am trying to get fit, maybe about 180. I am out jogging for about an hour 3 days out of the week. I am eating the usual, baked chicken, baked fish, baked potato, pretty much everything baked xD. I am also going to be on the football team next year. So I'm asking you guys, how am I doing? Any advice on how I should be doing more, or how I should be doing something else, just tell me. I am also 15, if that affects your advice given to me any. |
