Misdemeanor citation for driving on a suspended licence in Nashville TN? Posted: 22 Jul 2011 06:08 AM PDT Does anyone know the consequences for this ? I have been trying to search online but i cant find an answer . I got pulled over becauae of a cracked windshield . My license is suspended and i got a misdemeanor citation which means i have to show up to court. Officer said if i shos up to court i wont go to jail ... but,he could just have been saying that you know ? Also will it make a difference if i show up to court and i show i have gotten my license back ? Thanks (:
