| BMW cutting out while driving problem any help appreciated.? Posted: 19 Jul 2011 06:10 AM PDT Hello i recently bought a 1996 E36 318is 1895cc BMW and everything was going well until the other day it cut out for a fraction of a second and then carried on as normal but this morning i drove a couple of miles into town and on my way back it did it again but cut out completely and wouldn't idle unless i give it more revs, it also back fired once or twice if that has any relevance i have noticed that in low revs its a little sluggish. I am pretty useless with engines so any help would be great! Thanks |
