Boobs boobs boobs help!!?

Last night my twin slipped and fell in the bathroom and accidentally landed front first, hitting her right boob on the edge of the tub... after a few moments the pain is gone but from time to time she still feel a mild throbbing pain. What should we do? Is there something we should worry about?
