Is this workout suitable for a chubby 12 year old boy? Posted: 30 Apr 2015 12:44 AM PDT 10x Pushup 20x Incline Pushup 10x Situps 10x Crunches 10x Hip Thrusts 15x Squats 30x Bicycle Leg (Laying down and moving your feet like riding a bicycle) 20 sec. Elbow Plank 10 sec. Top of Pushup Plank Repeat 3 times. I do this 3 times a week and I'm on a diet.No brakes. |
