Help me what is this?

I am experiencing a sharp PAIN on my lower right abdomen but only when I cough or sneeze, I have no fever, no coughing of blood, no swelling on the spot, no difficult on urinating, no pain when I applied pressure on the spot, and its been 2 days. but I do have joint pain on my right arm only. Please help :( thanks
