Healthy breakfast? |
Posted: 05 Jan 2015 10:59 PM PST I eat a koko crunch like cereal w/milk (bear brand) during the morning (6:00:00 AM) then during school days i eat 2 boiled eggs (10:00:00) then i eat white rice with either fish,chicken or pig meat then at 6:00:00 i eat chicken or fish meat Is this healthy cause im trying to lose weight I eat the rice with protein during 1:00:00-2:00:00 at te afternoon |
