I am looking for an older car to fix up but a lot of the cars I am finding dont have titles. Someone told me that if u buy a car without a title and fix it up that if you get stopped by the police they impound your car. I dont wanna fix up a car only to have it taken from me. I was also told that its possible to get a title on a car and so im confused. Please help I found a good deal on a car without a title. Again im in Texas.
