Myotonic Dystrophy - Hair Loss? |
Myotonic Dystrophy - Hair Loss? Posted: 22 Dec 2012 01:27 AM PST I have been experience sudden hair loss (from what I suspect is the onset of Myotonic Dystrophy, a genetic disease present in my family which causes frontal baldness because of hormones). If I gently (very gently) grasp hair on top of my head and gently pull out, I will take out 5-6 hairs. I started using RegenePure to slow or stop this but it has not worked. Is this in anyway normal? And, if not, can I do anything about it? |
