please help me loose weight!? |
Posted: 22 Nov 2012 01:41 AM PST i aim to eat 1200 calories a day but most of the time i go over by 200-400 which is so bad and i feel complete like a failure and i love my food too much and feels so guilty after i eat it :( i never have much time to do excerises and i get very tired but i love to run. i want to loose at least 3 kilos ( 6 pounds). how long do you think this will take? do you have any helpful tips or advice or comments too? thanks :) |
