I was hit from behind the person accepts full responsabilty and full liability. My question is should i still get a lawyer if she accepts full liability? My car is completely totaled and i had to go to the hospital my back is killing me so is my shoulder. Also i live in Florida which is a no fault state, But from what i hear i should get a lawyer. But she accepted full liability so now what?
