| Can a locksmith copy a worn key? Posted: 19 Mar 2012 06:10 AM PDT I've got a quote for a worn Ford key as £65 including programming. I asked to check he's not just going to clone me another worn key, and he said he'll have to check it can be 'read'. How does copying keys work? I just thought it'd copy the same (worn) key? I can't see a serial number on it. |
