I had a pimple in the back of my head and it was hurting like hell so i popped it. Its weird that it was in the back of my head so I did research on google and found some cancerous pics that look like pimples!!!!! I shaved that part of my head and saw that it was full of blood(i cut it with a razor) and it feels like the tip of a pen. its pink.... its about the size of a grain of rice but its elevated! thoughts???
