1993 dodge ram w350 with cummins motor leaks fuel from a vent on side of fuel pump?

on top of pump is a diaphram and under it is a vent plug with a small hose when truck idles at start it does not leak. it only leaks after driving then it will drip fuel out of the vend hose. Why does this happen and does anyone know what i need to do to fix this problem??????
